★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo avuto la necessità di vendere il nostro appartamento e questo è avvenuto nei tempi ed in modo assolutamente appropriato.
L'agenzia Bonetto, a mio parere, in modo professionale, ben rappresentata dalla sig.a Solange e ulteriormente supportata dal marito ing. Roncaglia e papà Bonetto si è dimostrata in grado di adempiere in pieno alle nostre esigenze.
Essendo il sottoscritto un vecchio progettista e cantierista non ho avuto particolari problemi a farmi capire e sopratutto non ho sprecato tempo e parole.
La trattativa per la vendita è stata molto veloce, poco intrusiva nella nostra routine quotidiana, sostanzialmente trasparente e corretta.
Detto questo, guardando il sito e leggendo le recensioni, sono rimasto molto stupito dei punteggi acquisiti dall'agenzia in base al lavoro svolto.
Forse non ho capito niente di quanto è stato fatto per noi, ma la curiosità rimane, vedendo quanto sia alto il punteggio con il minimo, rispetto a quanto sia alto il punteggio con il massimo.
Non vorrei che le aspettative di alcuni clienti si siano scontrate con la realtà, non facile, della vendita in un campo con una forte concorrenza (non sempre corretta).
Comunque, e per farla breve: provare, non costa niente e le sorprese piacevoli non mancano mai.

 We had the need to sell our apartment and this happened in time and in an absolutely appropriate way.
The Bonetto agency, in my opinion, in a professional way, well represented by Ms Solange and further supported by her husband Eng. Roncaglia and dad Bonetto proved to be able to fully meet our needs.
Being myself an old designer and shipbuilder, I had no particular problems making myself understood and above all I didn't waste time and words.
The negotiation for the sale was very fast, not very intrusive in our daily routine, basically transparent and correct.
Having said that, looking at the site and reading the reviews, I was very amazed at the scores acquired by the agency based on the work done.
Maybe I didn't understand anything of what has been done for us, but curiosity remains, seeing how high the score is with the minimum, compared to how high the score is with the maximum.
I would not like the expectations of some customers to clash with the not easy reality of selling in a field with strong (not always correct) competition.
Anyway, and in short: trying, it costs nothing and pleasant surprises never fail.

Hanno immobili reali e disponibili nel loro portfolio a differenza di quello che si vede molte volte in altre agenzie. I prezzi sono pienamente coerenti con la location degli immobili e l'andamento del mercato. Hanno tanti immobili a disposizione per tutte le esigenze e per tutti i gusti! Solange a Alessandro sono due persone speciali, ci hanno seguito dal primo momento sia per l'acquisto che per la vendita! Oltre a seguirci, ci hanno consigliato opportunamente e prima di prendere ogni decisione ci hanno guidato nelle nostre scelte; quest'ultimo aspetto non è da sottovalutare, perché basta una "mossa" sbagliata in fase di vendita/acquisto e ci si ritrova in una casa che non ti piace veramente o che non era quella giusta per te...non so come ci siano riusciti ...ma loro hanno capito dal primo momento quello che ci piaceva e non ci hanno fatto perdere nemmeno un minuto di tempo! Anche nella vendita riescono a valorizzare il tuo immobile, lo propongono alle persone più indicate e questo ti fa impiegare il giusto tempo per le visite di accoglienza dei potenziali acquirenti! L'aspetto economico è nella media, ma se desideri essere seguito dal primo contatto fino alla vendita/acquisto definitivo, loro sono una certezza, non puoi scegliere altri!

In addition to following us, they advised us appropriately and, before making any decision, they guided us in our choices; this last aspect should not be underestimated, because a wrong "move" in the sale / purchase phase is enough and you find yourself in a house that you don't really like or that was not the right one for you ... I don't know how succeeded ... but they understood from the first moment what we liked and did not waste us even a minute of time! Non ci siamo sbagliati, appena fissato il nostro appuntamento per mettere in vendita il nostro immobile ci siamo subito intesi e siamo stati seguiti in tempi brevi per tutto il percorso della trattativa. Oltretutto non essendo residenti nel comune abbiamo avuto assistenza in loco e siamo stati convocati solo al momento del Rogito.
Consigliamo per la loro competenza, professionalità e disponibilità non da sottovalutare la capacità di valorizzare gli immobili.
