Per tutta la durata dell'operazione di acquisto il ragazzo che ci ha seguito, Stefano, è sempre stato disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e abbiamo concluso velocemente un ottimo affare.

 From the beginning they have been very professional and practical. We visited the property within a couple of days. For the entire duration of the purchase, the guy who followed us, Stefano, was always available. We got along very well and quickly closed a great deal.

Sto acquistando (spero di rogitare al più presto) tramite loro un'immobile e non posso che essere soddisfatto di come vengo seguito da Andrea, l'agente che sta seguendo la mia compravendita.
E' sempre disponibile e pronta ad aiutarmi per tutte le difficoltà (mie personali) che si stanno presentando.
Il cambio di passo rispetto ai vecchi agenti è notevole (ho avuto a che fare con dei loro affiliati circa 4 anni fa per la vendita del mio vecchio immobile). Ora in agenzia ci sono ragazzi giovani e volenterosi che si danno parecchio da fare e naturalmente non essendo delle vecchie volpi navigate sono persone oneste.
Il prezzo della provvigione è in linea con le altre agenzie della zona ma si sa che il buon lavoro va pagato.

I am buying (I hope to deed as soon as possible) through them a property and I can only be satisfied with how I am followed by Andrea, the agent who is following my sale.
She is always available and ready to help me for all the difficulties (my personal) that are arising.
The change of pace compared to the old agents is remarkable (I had to deal with their affiliates about 4 years ago for the sale of my old property). Now in the agency there are young and willing guys who are very busy and of course not being old navigated foxes they are honest people.
The price of the commission is in line with other agencies in the area but we know that good work must be paid.

Abbiamo un’immobile affidato a loro per la gestione della locazione.
Le nostre pratiche vengono seguite dalla Sig.na Stella ,ragazza molto efficiente , preparata e soprattutto cordialissima, oltre alle sue capacità abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la sua più che disponibilità nei nostri confronti e nei confronti del locatorio ogni qualvolta ce ne fosse stata l’esigenza, cosa non da poco e difficile da trovare al giorno d’oggi!!
