Tre mesi di riinvii per loro problemi per avere l'appartamento ,si libera e chiedono la firma contratto il 22/12 ma a causa di mia impossibilità a causa del lavoro e feste natalizie ci si accorda che alla riapertura a gennaio dell'ufficio si stipula il contratto ed invece lo avevano già affittato per cui tre mesi in attesa aspettando per trovarsi in strada - bad reliability, no professionalism, and respect for the non-existent word. Tutti d'accordo, ci si stringe la mano e ci si da appuntamento al lunedì per definire la cosa in modo ufficiale. Aspetto la telefonata da parte dell'agenzia per un appuntamento. Tarda ad arrivare quindi chiamo io. La signora Carmen cade dalle nuvole, temporeggia, dice che deve sentire il proprietario. Questo si defila. Lei inizia a spicciolare una serie di scuse insulse. Morale della favola tutto quello che si era detto non vale. Siamo una famiglia con due bimbi piccoli, più che referenziati, e sicuramente non stupidi, ma ci hanno trattati da tali. Non mantengono la parola, persone poco affidabili, e poco serie. Absolutely negative experience. Incorrect people, on Saturday visited the property with the owner.
