Abbiamo dovuto aspettare settimane e fare molte pressioni per ottenere un semplice preventivo scritto per affittare un appartamento (e i costi soprattutto non corrispondevano a quanto comunicato oralmente!) perdendo così molto tempo, nel quale avremmo potuto trovare altre soluzioni. La lentezza del personale nel fornire informazioni, la sensazione di dover essere noi clienti a rincorrere l'agenzia e la poca chiarezza esibita in generale, ci hanno portato a rivolgerci ad altri.

Thus wasting a lot of time, in which we could have found other solutions. The slowness of the staff in providing information, the feeling of having to be the customers to chase the agency and the lack of clarity exhibited in general, led us to turn to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mancata chiarezza, mancata competenza, ritardo nell’arrivo delle bollette, impossibilità di metterci in contatto con il proprietario dell’appartamento, non danno risposte rigirando costantemente le carte in tavola, mancata professionalità, non rispondono in tempi brevi, fingono di non capire quando gli si fa notare che cosa stanno sbagliando, cercano di fregarti in ogni modo… L’elenco potrebbe essere ancora lungo, la faccio breve dicendo solo che sono le peggiori ad Urbino. Se stai per comprare/affittare casa ad Urbino, rivolgiti a chiunque, ma non alle due sorelle Cangini. Sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia.
Lack of clarity, lack of competence, delay in the arrival of bills, inability to get in touch with the owner of the apartment, do not give answers by constantly turning the cards on the table, lack of professionalism, do not respond quickly, pretend not to understand when he points out what they are doing wrong, they try to cheat you in every way ... The list could still be long, I will make it short by saying only that they are the worst in Urbino. If you are going to buy / rent a house in Urbino, contact anyone, but not the two Cangini sisters. I strongly advise against this agency.
