Creano soltanto confusione e poca chiarezza tra le due parti nella gestione della compravendita. Informazioni circa l'immobili frammentate, confuse e contrastanti. Sinceramente non la consiglio. Non si avvicinano minimamente al concetto di agenzia immobiliare. Ci tengo a precisare inoltre che l'agenzia non ci ha informati minimamente di questioni legali in atto riguardo al residence dove si trova l'immobile e che noi abbiamo acquisito insieme alla proprietà. Di fatto, per evitare qualsiasi tipo di problema, l'agenzia ha ben pensato di non comparire nell'atto di compravendita. Il "baratto" di cui si parla in realtà è stata una proposta dell'agenzia. Negative experience with the owners, unprofessional and sometimes even rude. They only create confusion and little clarity between the two sides in managing the sale. Fragmented, confusing and conflicting information about the property. I honestly don't recommend it. They do not come close to the concept of real estate agency. I would also like to clarify that the agency has not informed us in the least about legal issues in progress regarding the residence where the property is located and which we have acquired together with the property. In fact, to avoid any kind of problem, the agency has well thought of not appearing in the deed of sale. The "barter" being talked about was actually a proposal from the agency.

A distanza di alcune settimane, tempo abbiamo chiesto di avere notizie su un altro immobile in una zona che precedentemente era stata da noi ritenuta priva di interesse. Questa cosa è stata presa con ironia e sarcasmo dall'operatrice che ci ha contattati, dimostrando evidentemente scarsa esperienza, scarsissima professionalità e molto probabilmente scarsa voglia di lavorare. Meno male che c'è tanta concorrenza! This agency was contacted a few months ago by my wife to search for a property in a certain area. A few weeks later, we asked to have news about another property in an area that had previously been deemed uninteresting by us. This thing was taken with irony and sarcasm by the operator who contacted us, evidently showing little experience, very little professionalism and most likely little desire to work. Luckily there is a lot of competition!
