Sono andata oggi a rinnovare l' assicurazione e da fuori la porta ho iniziato a sentire una puzza di fumo terribile. Ho sperato non venisse da dentro l'ufficio, ma purtroppo così era. Con un bellissimo divieto di fumo alle mie spalle, mi sono dovuta sorbire quella puzza tutto il tempo. Vorrei dirvi che non è piacevole per chi non fuma e non fate una bella figura. Metterei una stellina, ma non voglio penalizzare la parte del servizio in sé.

β β β β β Troppi evasivi al telefono.. Non conoscono neanche i suoi subagenzie in provincia.. Mi hanno fatto fare un ping-pong di tutte le agenzie di siracusa.. Quando bastava mettere il nome e cognome nel sistema Γ¨ sapere chi doveva incassare il premio assicurativo. ?
