★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono rivolta al titolare di questa agenzia funebre, Gianmarco Guerra, per acquistare gli arredi della lapide di mia madre il 24 giugno. Essendo conoscente di lunga data di mio marito mi sono fidata e pagato in anticipo il prezzo richiesto, 270 euro, dietro assicurazione dell'arrivo della merce nel giro di quattro o cinque giorni al massimo. Dopo una settimana mi invia messaggio vocale per temporeggiare ulteriormente per una settimana, ovviamente dopo un po' ho iniziato a essere pressante e a chiamarlo e inviare messaggi. All'inizio rispondeva dicendo di essere sempre fuori sede, dopodiché ha iniziato a negarsi al telefono e a non rispondere più nemmeno ai messaggi finchè non ha fissato un appuntamento con mio marito al quale non si è presentato. Da allora più niente. Ho chiamato l'azienda produttrice degli arredi che ovviamente non lo conosce e a cui non risulta alcun ordine, stesso dicasi per il suo agente di zona. Che dire, vista l'assoluta mancanza di rispetto per una salma senza lapide al cimitero, non lo consiglierei nemmeno per il funerale di un criceto. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO
