Cornacchione, mi dispiace che per mancanze di strutture sanitarie idonee dovute alla carenza dell'azienda sanitaria imolese, lei abbia imputato a noi il vostro disagio presso la camera mortuaria di Imola, abbiamo cercato di assecondare le vostre richieste nel migliore dei modi e tutti i suoi fratelli ce ne sono stati riconoscenti, purtroppo ogni località ha le sue usanze e i suoi regolamenti, che appaiono difficili da capire nel momento del lutto. Ci dispiace che abbia scritto queste parole che non rispecchiano affatto il nostro sacrificio e il rispetto che nutriamo verso i nostri clienti, cosi facendo si banalizza a un semplice commento privo di verità, mortificando e sminuendo il lavoro svolto con serietà e dedizione che abbiamo sempre fatto.
