Paolo è stato da subito molto educato e disponibile non solo a darci supporto ma a comprendere i desideri di ogni singola persona della nostra famiglia. E' molto importante scegliere le persone giuste in momenti così difficili.
 I want to highlight the grace, as well as the professionalism, of DON BOSCO, for the service provided on the occasion of the funeral of my father Enrico Capitanio. Mr. Paolo was immediately very polite and available not only to give us support but to understand the desires of every single person in our family. It is very important to choose the right people at such difficult times.

Paolo ha anche percepito le cose che desideravo e le ha fatte accadere senza che me lo chiedessi - un vero dono inviato da Dio per me.
Mi è stato consigliato da una cara signora, vicina di casa di mia madre, Laura, e aveva assolutamente ragione.
Prima con mio padre non consanguineo, ora mia mamma, proprio oggi.

Having met Paolo Fedeli and his Don Bosco Agency on the occasion of the funeral of our dear relatives, we have decided to make use of his professionalism for the funeral of our. dear father Egidio Triolo. We appreciated your professionalism, availability, kindness and support in such a painful time. We believe we have honored the memory of our Father, even by surrounding him with magnificent flowers that he adored. Paolo has interpreted every ns. desire, guiding us in the best choice in all the painful decisions that must be taken in these sad moments.
