Siete molto fortunati, se un'attività turistico-ricettiva non fosse in grado di sostenere i capricci di una signora verrebbe sommersa da così tante recensioni negative che si vedrebbe costretta a chiudere lasciando i dipendenti senza stipendio. You are very lucky, if a tourist-accommodation business were not able to withstand the whims of a lady, it would be inundated with so many negative reviews that it would be forced to close leaving employees without pay.

Purtroppo non riuscivo a prendere l'appuntamento con l'app ed allora ho chiesto di parlare con qualcuno. La direttrice è uscita dal suo ufficio e molto gentilmente ha voluto verificare se procedevo correttamente nella richiesta di appuntamento. Dopo aver verificato l'impossibilità di procedere con l'app dell'Agenzia delle Entrate ha provveduto lei stessa a darmi l'appuntamento. In questi casi posso solo dire grazie e spero che il comportamento di questa giovane direttrice sia di esempio per chi opera negli uffici pubblici. The director came out of her office and very kindly wanted to check if I was proceeding correctly in the request for an appointment. After checking that it was impossible to proceed with the Revenue Agency app, she arranged to give me the appointment. In these cases I can only say thank you and I hope that the behavior of this young director is an example for those who work in public offices. Mauro Sisti

In seguito alla richiesta dell’appuntamento telefonico, non sono stata ricontattata come invece prometteva la voce registrata. Provo a presentarmi fisicamente negli uffici (avevo urgenza di rinnovare la tessera sanitaria) e, pur essendoci personale all’interno, nessuno ha avuto la decenza di rispondere alla mia necessità di rinnovo della tessera. Sono stata sbolognata con un rinvio telefonico ad un secondo numero verde. Scrivanie vuote e personale assente.
