★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo ufficio per avere delucidazioni riguardo ad una aliquota Iva da applicare in una ristrutturazione edilizia! Bene, sono uscito con piu' dubbi di prima, l'addetto preposto alla risposta mi ha specificato che non possono conoscere tutte le normative (ma le aliquote Iva sulle ristrutturazioni se non le sapete voi chi cavolo deve saperle?) e che avrei dovuto scrivere all'ufficio regionale e attendere 60 gg per una risposta! L'elogio della burocrazia, evviva!!...servizio pessimo, e vien pure spontaneo pensare che si voglia deliberatamente lasciare l'utente nel dubbio!
I went to this office to get clarification regarding a VAT rate to be applied in a building renovation! Well, I went out with more 'doubts than before, the officer in charge of the response has specified me that they can not know all the regulations (but VAT rates on restructuring if you do not know who the hell must know?) And that I should write at the regional office and wait 60 days for an answer! The praise of bureaucracy, hurray !! ... bad service, and it is also spontaneous to think that you want to deliberately leave the user in doubt!
