P	Paolo Brunelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco perché un ufficio pubblico apre alle 8 e 30 tagliando fuori chi entra a lavoro alle ore 8 (che rappresenta l ora media di entrata di qualsiasi ufficio). Ho provato ad adentrarmi nella sezione on line (ho laurea in ingegneria) e dopo la difficile comprensione di come svolgere la pratica (2 ore), il sito richiede registrazione che va fatta presso l'ufficio della agenzia delle entrate! I don't understand why a public office opens at 8:30 am, cutting off those who enter work at 8 (which represents the average entry time of any office). I tried to enter the online section (I have an engineering degree) and after the difficult understanding of how to carry out the practice (2 hours), the site requires registration which must be done at the office of the revenue agency!

Detto ciò vi dobbiamo tenere per quello che siete cioè ampiamente inutili. Ringrazio per la cordialità ma purtroppo non pago le tasse per la gentilezza ma per dei servizi Incompetent and largely disorganized, if you are an office in charge of certain tasks, I think it is unthinkable that you don't know what you have to do. n	nicky nicky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nessuna assistenza telefonica, tempo fa, per informazioni di carattere generale, si poteva telefonare, il personale era molto disponibile e preparato, è dall'inizio di agosto che cerco di parlare con la sede di Sampierdarena ma nessuno risponde, è un vero peccato, proprio in quest'ultimo anno credevo che avessero incrementato le assistenze 'a distanza', proprio per evitare che troppe persone creino inutili assembramenti negli uffici...anche se il personale fosse in smart-working non dovrebbe essere difficoltoso prestare assistenza telefonica da casa, sopratutto per informazioni di carattere generale.... no telephone assistance, some time ago, for general information, you could call, the staff were very helpful and prepared, I have been trying to speak to the Sampierdarena office since the beginning of August but no one answers, it's a real shame, really in the last year I believed that they had increased the 'remote' assistance, precisely to prevent too many people from creating unnecessary gatherings in the offices ... even if the staff were in smart-working it should not be difficult to provide telephone assistance from home, especially for general information ....

L'impossibilità di parlare direttamente con un centralino per essere indirizzato all'ufficio competente rappresenta in realtà un disservizio. I followed the procedure to be contacted by phone: no calls from ADE within 24 hours. The inability to speak directly with a switchboard to be directed to the competent office actually represents a disservice.

Dovevo prendere un appuntamento con questo ufficio ma online non me lo faceva fare ho telefonato in ufficio e mi ha risposto una sparuta incapace che con fare da piccola fiammiferaia e la capacità di comprensione di un cinese che parla con un angolano mi rimbalzava ai colleghi manco fossi una bomba ad orologeria e niente....mi metteva in linea ma il problema che ci rimanevo pure...anche mezz'ora. E' che siamo obbligati a rivolgerci a voi. Fortunati (voi). Inability. E	Emanuela Navone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto di cappello alla guardia giurata che controllava gli appuntamenti all'entrata e si giostrava fra furbetti e maleducati. 5 stelle solo per lui, il resto è il solito carrozzone che non merita nemmeno 0,5 stelle. Hats off to the security guard who checked the appointments at the entrance and merry-go-round between crafty and rude ones. 5 stars only for him, the rest is the usual bandwagon that does not even deserve 0.5 stars.
