★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tre mesi per una rasterizzazione..chiami più volte al telefono negli orari indicati sul sito web e le rifiutano. Ti presenti presso gli uffici con tanto di appuntamento e aspetti un'ora perché la signora allo sportello non ha avvertito che c'erano persone in attesa in sala. NULLAFACENTI e INCOMPETENTI. Sono fortunati che si tratta di un ufficio pubblico e non li caccia via nessuno.VERGOGNA.
Three months for a rasterization .. call me several times on the phone at the times indicated on the website and they refuse them. You show up at the offices with an appointment and wait an hour because the lady at the counter didn't warn that there were people waiting in the room. NOTHING AND INCOMPETENT. They are lucky that it is a public office and nobody shoots them away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver chiamato il numero e selezionato l'opzione indicata dalla voce guida, mi è risultato impossibile parlare con un operatore del catasto provinciale; il numero è sempre occupato e casca la linea, e dire che ho provato per quasi 3 ore di fila chiamando ogni 5-10 minuti. Telefonando al numero verde nazionale stesso risultato, nessun operatore disponibile e messaggio di richiamare più tardi. Riproverò più tardi sperando di avere maggior fortuna.
After calling the number and selecting the option indicated by the voice guide, it was impossible for me to speak to an operator in the provincial land registry; the number is always busy and the line drops, and to say that I tried for almost 3 hours straight calling every 5-10 minutes. Calling the national toll free number same result, no operator available and message to call back later. I'll try again later hoping to have better luck.
