★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho avuto un pessimo impatto con un'operatrice alla quale mi ero permessa di chiedere un'informazione, premettendo "scusa... permesso... posso...eccetera". L'operatrice in parola mi ha apostrofato con un'arroganza ed una cafonaggine che mi ha lasciato basita. Sono letteralmente trasecolata. Ho preferito non replicare perchè son capace di andare oltre. Successivamente altro personale, al quale ho manifestato il mio disappunto, ha tentato di migliorare la situazione. Una signora allo sportello poi è stata molto cortese. Anch'io svolgo un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico. Mi pregio di essermi sempre comportata educatamente. Come i miei genitori mi hanno insegnato.
Today I had a bad impact with an operator to whom I had allowed myself to ask for information, saying "sorry ... permission ... I can ... etc". The operator in question addressed me with an arrogance and a slut who left me stunned. I am literally bewildered. I preferred not to reply because I am able to go further. Later, other staff, to whom I expressed my disappointment, tried to improve the situation. A lady at the counter then was very courteous. I also work in contact with the public. I have the honor to have always behaved politely. As my parents taught me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il telefono risulta SEMPRE OCCUPATO. Impossibile parlare con qualcuno.L'orario indicato su internet risulta errato,quindi è possibile che una volta arrivati davanti all'ufficio,la porta sia chiusa a chiave.Ritenta,sarai più fortunato.
The phone is ALWAYS BUSY. Impossible to talk to someone, the time shown on the internet is incorrect, so it is possible that once you arrive in front of the office, the door is locked.
