Operatori a dir poco maleducati e sempre scocciati, ti trattano come se ti stessero facendo un favore. Ho dato due stelle perché, invece l'impiegata all'interno dell'ufficio è stata solerte e gentile. Organizzazione totale da rivedere. Purtroppo i dipendenti fanno quello che possono ma si vede che il loro numero non è assolutamente sufficiente a garantire un servizio non dico ottimale ma appena sufficiente. Peccato. Dovreste essere a distusizione del cittadina ma non mi sembra proprio. Sono andato a casetta a parte il servizio impeccabile che voi dovreste prendere d esempio, purtroppo mi ha hanno spiegato che devo venire per forza da voi.. E manco I controlli sapete fare..
