La prima per scoprire che si effettuano servizi all'utenza solo dopo prenotazione online ( con attese improponibili) e non capisco il perché visto che tutto il resto è aperto al pubblico! Dopo un mese di attesa e nel giorno stabilito dalla prenotazione, scopro che l'ufficio è chiuso per mancanza di personale!!! Torno dopo due giorni e l'ufficio non si sa se apre e non si sa se riescono ad inserirmi tra i prenotati! Vergogna chiudetelo se non si può accedere ad un servizio alla cittadinanza!
Bad organization! I went to this office three times! The first to discover that services are provided to users only after online booking (with unreasonable waiting times) and I do not understand why since everything else is open to the public! After a month of waiting and on the day set by the booking, I discover that the office is closed due to lack of staff !!! I'll be back after two days and we don't know if the office opens and we don't know if they manage to insert me among the booked ones! Shame on closing it if you cannot access a citizen service!
