★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Vi consiglio di fare 100 metri e richiedere i servizi a chi è veramente competente e professionale... Li accuserei di discriminazione razziale verso i NON ITALIANI in quanto dopo averci trattenuto per un paio d'ore non hanno voluto fare un semplice operazione per mio padre (fatta anche qualche giorno prima in un'altra agenzia in 20 minuti solamente senza alcun problema ) che ha regolare striscia sostitutiva di soggiorno... Veramente una brutta esperienza... Affermando che non potevano fare tale operazione... Avrei dovuto chiamare i carabinieri o meglio la finanza! A contrallare quei nullafacenti!

I would accuse them of racial discrimination towards NON ITALIANS as after having detained us for a couple of hours they did not want to do a simple operation for my father (also done a few days before in another agency in 20 minutes only without any problem) that has regular replacement strip of stay ... Really a bad experience ... Claiming that they could not do this operation ... I should have called the carabinieri or rather finance! To counter those idlers!

Questo l'aggettivo più adatto a chi dirige un agenzia del genere e non è in grado di fare un passaggio di proprietà, nonostante siano OBBLOGATI DALLA LEGGE a farlo... dubito siano laureati in settori coerenti con l'attività... citando le loro testuali parole "prova da un'altra agenzia perché io non lo so fà"... Lo consiglio anche a voi se non volete perdere un intero pomeriggio per scoprire che siete andati nel posto sbagliato dove non riceverete alcun servizio.

I doubt they have graduated in sectors consistent with the activity ... citing the their exact words "try from another agency because I don't know it does" ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti, sono solo dei pessimi e incapaci di svolgere il proprio mestiere. Concordo con le altre recensioni che li definiscono *incompetenti* perché questo sono. Devo aspettare 3 giorno per una normalissima pratica auto che in qualsiasi altro posto avrebbe richiesto al più mezz'ora? E me lo dite dopo più di un'ora di attesa? Potevate dirmi immediatamente : "No guardi noi non sappiamo fare il nostro lavoro. " almeno risparmiavo un pomeriggio di inutile attesa.
Incompetent, they are just bad and unable to do their job. I agree with the other reviews which call them * incompetent * because this is what they are. Do I have to wait 3 days for a normal car practice that in any other place would have required at most half an hour? And you tell me after more than an hour of waiting? You could immediately tell me: "No look, we don't know how to do our job." At least I saved an afternoon of useless waiting.
