★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fate un contratto con questa agenzia ed entrate in un mondo di : addetta che non fornisce contratto, polizza, indisposta, numeri verdi inesistenti, operatori che X fornire dati chiedono mille documenti .
Io ho stipulato un contratto per 1 anno (mai firmato e mai ricevuto copia) e nessuno mi ha spiegato che esisteva tacito rinnovo, non solo, nessuno mi ha chiesto pagamento premio per rinnovo (pagato prima volta con carta di credito) ed un bel giorno un ufficio recupero credito con modi bruschi mi ha minacciata e mi ha detto che se non avessi pagato mi avrebbero mandato la lettera dell avvocato ... parliamo di 172 euro
questa è AXA e se riesci a contattarli non ti daranno mai risposte
Mi hanno detto che L agenzia non ha L obbligo di chiedere il pagamento del premio ... invece di fare minacce ha diritto
Non vorrei essere nei panni di chi ha un sinistro
E pensare che la maggioranza delle compagnie non inserisce più tacito rinnovo xche non più legali.
Una volta si chiamava disonestà e incompetenza, oggi se vuoi dire qualcosa ti mettono in attesa o puoi scrivere una mail ...a cui mai risponderanno

I entered into a contract for 1 year (never signed and never received a copy) and no one explained to me that there was tacit renewal, not only that, no one asked me to pay premium for renewal (paid for the first time by credit card) and one day a credit recovery office in a brusque manner threatened me and told me that if I did not pay they would send me a letter from the lawyer ... we are talking about 172 euros
this is AXA and if you can contact them they will never give you answers
They told me that the agency is under no obligation to demand payment of the premium ... instead of making threats it is entitled
I don't want to be in the shoes of someone with a claim
And to think that the majority of companies no longer insert tacit renewal because they are no longer legal.
Once it was called dishonesty and incompetence, today if you want to say something they put you on hold or you can write an email ... to which they will never reply
