Chiamo e mi risponde una signora, alla mia domanda se fosse l' agenzia bellaria risponde "si chi e'?" come se avesse appena citofonato uno sconosciuto al campanello di casa.
Mi da' subito del tu in modo veramente poco professionale.
Alla mia richiesta di darmi cortesemente del lei essendo una potenziale cliente risponde che lei da' del tu a tutti, poi mi chiede se ho un contratto a tempo indeterminato e continua a dirmi che lei mi sente "un po' agitatina" e per l' immobile non vuole "persone che creano problemi" quando io ho solo richiesto una distanza che di solito è buona norma avere con un cliente, essendomi sentita in soggezione da quell'approccio. Oltretutto io ho un contratto a tempo indeterminato quindi avrei avuto il diritto a visionare l' immobile a cui ero interessata; considerando inoltre che siamo noi a pagare, almeno dovrebbe esserci dall' altra parte un minimo di cortesia e professionalita', e invece è finita che questa persona mi ha escluso dal visionare l'immobile a causa oltretutto di una loro mancanza e incapacità di stare al pubblico.

I call and a lady answers me, to my question if it was the bellaria agency she answers "yes who is it?" as if a stranger had just buzzed at the doorbell.

To my request to kindly call me her being a potential client, she replies that she speaks to everyone, then asks me if I have a permanent contract and continues to tell me that she feels "a little agitated" and for the real estate doesn't want "troublemakers" when I've only requested a distance that is usually a good idea to have with a client, having felt in awe of that approach. Moreover, I have a permanent contract so I would have had the right to view the property in which I was interested; considering also that we pay, at least there should be a minimum of courtesy and professionalism on the other side, and instead it ended up that this person excluded me from viewing the property due moreover to their lack and inability to stay at public.
