Addebitano i debiti per l'utilizzo del conto corrente dopo le richieste di chiusura. Pessima esperienza, mai più con Findomestic. P.S. i documenti sono per tale richiesta sono stati scansionati, il saldo è stato positivo.
To close a current account, two personal visits, phone calls and 4 (four !!!) months of waiting are not enough. They charge debts for using the current account after closing requests. Bad experience, never again with Findomestic. P.S. the documents are for that request have been scanned, the balance was positive.

Mi accoglie una donna con marcato accento del sud, (In Italia bisognerebbe parlare in italiano), vestita come un’attivista dei centri sociali (Un un ufficio richiederebbe un abbigliamento più adeguato).
Dimostrando una totale incapacità di leggere una denuncia dei redditi e non sapendomi quantificare un semplice tasso d’interesse.
Ma chi ti ci ha messo a lavorare al pubblico?

I am welcomed by a woman with a strong southern accent (In Italy we should speak in Italian), dressed like a social center activist (An office would require more appropriate clothing).
Demonstrating a total inability to read an income tax return and not knowing how to quantify a simple interest rate.
But who took you to work for the public?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima (sede di Treviso)..preso appuntamento x un prestito.. portiamo tt i documenti richiesti..ci dicono che avremmo avuto risposta entro un paio di giorni..nn si fanno sentire lì richiamo..promettono di richiamare e nulla..riprovo il giorno dopo e dopo qualche ora mi richiamano per avere altri documenti provvedo il prima possibile perché ne abbiamo bisogno x acquisto prima casa..e promettono di farmi avere una risposta entro venerdì e nulla..richiamo ancora lunedì mattina e vi faremo richiamare.. finalmente richiamano dopo 5 ore e nn e possibile ottenere il prestito..premetto ci sta forse le nostre garanzie nn erano sufficienti..ma il modo no ..nn mi è piaciuto.. meglio altri istituti..mai piu
Bad experience (Treviso office) .. made an appointment for a loan .. we bring the required documents tt .. they tell us that we would have an answer within a couple of days .. nn they make themselves heard there recall .. they promise to call back and nothing. . I try again the next day and after a few hours they call me back to get other documents I will provide them as soon as possible because we need them for the first home purchase .. and they promise to let me have an answer by Friday and nothing .. we call again on Monday morning and we will call you back .. finally call back after 5 hours and it is not possible to obtain the loan .. I presume perhaps our guarantees were not sufficient .. but the way no .. I liked it .. better other institutes .. never more
