2 weeks to find out an outcome unlike the 48h promised by prestitionline, agent in charge who has given himself a fugitive after repeated phone calls and requests for re-contact, in the end they reject the practice without notifying by email, phone call and mostly without specifying the reason. i solved it elsewhere!
