Sono una dipendente della direzione di Roma e Ho chiesto un preventivo per una nuova auto martedì 22 gennaio e l'ammontare della polizza l'ho ricevuto solo lunedì 28 gennaio dopo aver sollecitato via mail ad un prezzo doppio rispetto ad un'altra agenzia Generali. Dopo aver fatto notare alla persona la differenza, non mi ha nemmeno risposto alla domanda che gli avevo chiesto. Dato che gestiscono le polizze della direzione e naturalmente anche le mie, provvederò a trasferirle presso un'altra Agenzia.
Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with a request for a quote for my mother's car. I am an employee of the Rome management and I asked for a quote for a new car on Tuesday 22 January and the amount of the policy I received only on Monday 28 January after having requested via email at a double price compared to another Generali agency. After pointing out the difference to the person, he didn't even answer the question I asked him. Since they manage the management's policies and of course mine too, I will transfer them to another agency.
