Nel testo del preventivo, anch'esso a mio nome, viene scritto "su tua richiesta" cosa ovviamente non vera. Chiamo il numero indicato cercando di parlare con l'amministrazione ma resto in attesa per più di 20 minuti dopodiché stacco la chiamata. Preventivo preparato dalla signora O. TERESA.
I received a quote by email from this branch in my name on a property that I don't own. In the text of the budget, which is also in my own name, it is written "at your request" which is obviously not true. Molto deluso dal servizio online, dal personale del numero verde e quando ti rispondono e una cortesia ché ti stanno facendo, direi davvero sotto la media.

Very disappointed with the online service, the toll free number staff and when they answer you and a courtesy they are doing you, I would say really below average.
