Purtroppo non posso dare più di due stelle: l'organizzazione è pessima, dal momento che nel centro è presente un'unica ragazza che deve gestire TUTTO, fra appuntamenti, telefonate, gente che suona alla porta e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Il tempo dell'appuntamento quindi si dilata anche per più di un'ora, costantemente interrotti da mille cose. Il problema principale riguarda l'organizzazione, appunto, dato che l'estetista è comunque brava e professionale in ciò che fa..anche se, onestamente, non penso che interrompere un trattamento letteralmente ogni 5 minuti rientri nella definizione di "professionale". Non so se questo sia un problema legato esclusivamente ai clienti con il coupon o in generale a tutti, in ogni caso se si mettono a disposizione dei coupon con sconti convenienti suppongo che i clienti debbano essere comunque trattati tutti allo stesso modo. Per non parlare del fatto che, all'atto pratico, alcuni servizi indicati sul coupon in realtà non sono compresi ed il centro non si preoccupa neanche di avvisare il cliente, il quale poi lo scopre una volta concluso il trattamento. In conclusione, da cliente direi "il troppo stroppia". Se l'estetista disponibile è solo una, il lavoro dovrebbe essere perlomeno proporzionato. Unfortunately I cannot give more than two stars: the organization is very bad, since in the center there is only one girl who has to manage EVERYTHING, including appointments, phone calls, people ringing the door and so on and so forth. The time of the appointment therefore expands even for more than an hour, constantly interrupted by a thousand things. The main problem concerns the organization, in fact, since the beautician is still good and professional in what she does .. even if, honestly, I don't think that interrupting a treatment literally every 5 minutes falls within the definition of "professional". I do not know if this is a problem linked exclusively to customers with the coupon or in general to everyone, in any case if coupons with convenient discounts are made available I suppose that customers must still be treated equally. Not to mention the fact that, in practice, some services indicated on the coupon are not actually included and the center does not even bother to notify the customer, who then discovers it once the treatment is concluded. In conclusion, as a customer I would say "too much is good". If only one beautician is available, the work should at least be proportionate. Definitely to be improved
