E si capisce perché: staff cordialissimo, pulizia ineccepibile e colazioni golose! During the tourist season (especially in winter) it is very difficult to find a bed if you have not booked well in advance. And we understand why: very cordial staff, impeccable cleanliness and delicious breakfasts!

Estas habitaciones cuentan con cama de matrimonio, pero sus escasos metros cuadrados hacen que sea difícil desplazarse por ella debido a la ubicación del pequeño ropero. Cuentan con un pequeño cuarto de baño y una tele pequeña. En cuanto a limpieza, lo justo. No tienen recepción, sino que te mandan unos códigos con los que podrás acceder a la vivienda una vez lo introduzcas. El edificio cuenta con un pequeño ascensor para subir a la vivienda. Resumiendo, no es un hotel, y menos con las estrellas que publicita. Ogni camera ha un suo balcone privato corredato di tavolino e 2 sedie. Camera calda e accogliente. Wi-Fi gratuito e climatizzatore in tutte le stanze. Assolutamente consigliato!! Quiet location with easy parking facilities, spacious rooms with all comforts, modern furnishings, very comfortable bed, spotless bathroom and daily linen change service, excellent self check-in is also possible. Each room has its own private balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. Warm and cozy room. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Absolutely recommended !!
G	Giuliano Fusco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so proprio come faccia ad essere definito B&b, partiamo dalla stanza in generale piccola , poco accogliente con la porta del bagno in faccia , scendendo nei particolari allora , il condizionatore non funzionava , la TV un 12 pollici credo , era appesa al muro , il telecomando non funzionava , il letto con le doghe tolte , non c'era una bottiglia d'acqua, non c'era acqua calda , non potevi sederti sul gabinetto perché c'era una trave difronte dove urbani con le ginocchia ,non c'era acqua calda ( qui di non ci siamo lavati ) perfino la carta igienica non era nuova ma la rimanenza di un altro malcapitato. Inoltre situato in un palazzo dove l'ascensore può contenere 1 persona alla volta e il b&b si trova al 5 piano , e non c'è un posto auto . In sintesi dovevamo passare una notte e una mezza giornata a Roma ma stiamo tornando verso casa ! I don't know how it can be defined as a B & b, let's start from the room in general small, unwelcoming with the bathroom door in the face, going into the details then, the air conditioner didn't work, the TV a 12 inch I think, it was hanging on the wall, the remote control did not work, the bed with the slats removed, there was no water bottle, there was no hot water, you could not sit on the toilet because there was a beam in front where you urban with your knees, there was no hot water (we didn't wash here) even the toilet paper was not new but the rest of another victim. Also located in a building where the lift can hold 1 person at a time and the b & b is on the 5th floor, and there is no parking space. In summary we had to spend a night and a half day in Rome but we are returning home!

La cosa più schifosa le coperte e le lenzuola con macchie gialle, per non parlare dei mobili e muri che hanno cambiato colore!!!! Not recommended, a horrible place. Cleaning below zero, dust and dirt everywhere! The most disgusting thing are the blankets and sheets with yellow stains, not to mention the furniture and walls that have changed color !!!!
