★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto un annuncio di mio interesse, esposto presso lo stabile oggetto di vendita, ho preso subito contatto telefonico con l'agenzia.
Non essendo riuscito a trovare il collaboratore che gestiva la compravendita mi hanno rassicurato che avrebbero lasciato un messaggio al collega e che mi avrebbero fatto ricontattare; sono seguite altre 3 chiamate dello stesso tenore senza alcun riscontro.
Dopo settimane di inutile attesa, ho richiamato in agenzia chiedendo di poter avere informazioni in merito e con mio grande stupore, visto il cartello ancora esposto, mi sono sentito rispondere che era già stato venduto.
Purtroppo in questo frangente non si sono dimostrati all'altezza.
Having seen an advertisement of my interest, displayed at the building being sold, I immediately contacted the agency by telephone.
Not being able to find the collaborator who managed the sale, they reassured me that they would leave a message to the colleague and that they would make me contact again; 3 other calls of the same content followed without any response.
After weeks of useless waiting, I called back to the agency asking for information on the matter and to my amazement, seeing the sign still on display, I heard that it had already been sold.
Unfortunately at this juncture they did not prove to be up to par.

Sono entrato in contatto con questa filiale della Toscano pochi mesi fa,, ci siamo incontrati e sono grazie alla disponibilità e trasparenza dimostrata nel definire i termini contrattuali ho affidato loro l'incarico. Nell'arco di meno di due mesi hanno trovato un compratore e poco dopo abbiamo chiuso il contratto di compravendita. La professionalità e il rispetto dei termini contrattuali sono stati ineccepibili. Non posso che ringraziare le persone di quest'agenzia per l'efficienza e la qualità del servizio reso e consiglio di rivolgersi a loro se cercate un supporto per una compravendita. Aggiungo che rispetto ad altre filiali della Toscano con cui sono venuto in passato in contatto, questa è certamente di un livello professionale superiore. Merito certamente di chi la guida. For about a year I have been trying to sell a vacant flat with no success. In the meantime I was contacted by various agencies but the lack of transparency and clarity made me give up on entrusting the job.
I came into contact with this branch of Toscano a few months ago, we met and it is thanks to the availability and transparency shown in defining the contractual terms that I entrusted them with the task. In less than two months they found a buyer and shortly after we closed the sales contract. The professionalism and compliance with the contractual terms were flawless. I can only thank the people of this agency for the efficiency and quality of the service rendered and I recommend that you contact them if you are looking for support for a sale.
