★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato da loro per cercare una soluzione da acquistare, l'avevamo trovata non essendo di napoli abbiamo dovuto organizzarci con gli assegni non avendo la filiale qui, mi si propone un pagamento mezzo bonifico ma non ci mandano in primis un iban a cui poter fare il bonifico, fissiamo un appuntamento per lunedì 01/06/2020 per mettere appunto un offerta giusta per poter realizzare l'acquisto. Ci viene mandato un messaggio whatsapp sabato 30/05/2020 sera alle 20 dicendo che la appuntamento di lunedì è stato annullato e che avevano preso un altra offerta venuta dopo di noi pur avendo un appuntamento fissato se questa e professionalità non ci siamo proprio. Dopo che ti stalkerizzano con tante telefonate non riescono a fartene una per
avvisarti che c'e' una persona pronta a fare un offerta pur venendo dopo di te diciamo che non si viene trattati come un cliente merita soprattutto con messaggi per niente accomodanti,dopo che ho anche svincolato dei soldi e perdendone anche con il pagamento di penali vi ringrazio per questo trattamento ,diffidate dei loro servizi carenti di professionalità penso anche che essendo fine mese dovevano portare a casa il budget
I have been to them to look for a solution to buy, we had found it not being from Naples we had to organize ourselves with checks not having the branch here, they offer me a payment by bank transfer but they do not send us an iban to which we can do the bank transfer, we set an appointment for Monday 01/06/2020 to make the right offer to make the purchase. We are sent a whatsapp message on Saturday 30/05/2020 evening at 20 saying that the appointment on Monday has been canceled and that they had taken another offer that came after us despite having an appointment fixed if this and professionalism are not really there. After they stalk you with so many phone calls they can't make one for you
warn you that there is a person ready to make an offer while coming after you we say that you are not treated as a customer deserves especially with messages that are not at all accommodating, after I have also released some money and also lose some with the payment of penalties thank you for this treatment, beware of their services lacking professionalism I also think that being the end of the month they had to take home the budget
