★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo da poco acquistato una casa presso questa agenzia. E' stato un incubo alle soglie della truffa. Documenti mancanti, comunicazione zero, incapacità e scarsa trasparenza. Hanno preteso una provvigione del 10% dell'importo dell'immobile ed insieme al "consulente finanziario" di Kirion hanno creato tanti di quei problemi che il notaio stava impazzendo. Stipulano senza agibilità, hanno preso la provvigione prima ancora di sapere l'esito del mutuo e addirittura il giorno del rogito si sono persi documenti con dati sensibili necessari alla banca. Da denuncia, statene alla larga se potete. Non meritano un centesimo. Assolutamente zero fiducia.
 We have recently purchased a house at this agency. It was a nightmare on the verge of fraud. Missing documents, zero communication, inability and lack of transparency. They demanded a commission of 10% of the amount of the building and together with the "financial advisor" of Kirion they created so many of those problems that the notary was going crazy. They stipulate without practicability, they took the commission even before knowing the outcome of the loan and even on the day of the deed documents with sensitive data necessary to the bank were lost. From complaint, stay away if you can. They don't deserve a penny. Absolutely zero trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono per niente soddisfatta, ci hanno venduto un appartamento senza dirci che non c'era la corrente elettrica, il certificato ape dove si evince che non c'è la luce, lo hanno portato direttamente dal notaio senza farcelo visionare prima così abbiamo scoperto che la casa era sprovvista di corrente solo dopo il rogito. Ora dopo oltre 5 mesi dall'atto, l'appartamento è inutilizzabile perché non ci allacciano la luce se loro non rimuovono il loro contatore per far posto al nostro. Eppure li abbiamo pagati profumatamente anche oltre il dovuto, ma non c'è verso di farglielo spostare sebbene sia nella nostra proprietà. Fatto sta che il mutuo corre e la casa è inabitabile senza luce!
I'm not at all satisfied, they sold us an apartment without telling us that there was no electricity, the bee certificate where it is clear that there is no light, they took it directly from the notary without letting us see it before so we discovered that the house was without power only after the deed. Now after more than 5 months from the act, the apartment is unusable because they do not connect the light if they do not remove their counter to make room for ours. Yet we paid them handsomely over the duty, but there is no way to get him to move it even though it is in our property. The fact is that the mortgage runs and the house is uninhabitable without light!
