Le foto delle inserzioni corrispondono alla realtà, questo ci tengo a sottolinearlo perché in precedenza avevo avuto occasione di visitare immobili con altre agenzie del posto e molto spesso le foto dell’immobile non erano del tutto realistiche e con utilizzo improprio del grandangolo. Un gran complimento a tutto lo staff e per la professionalità dimostrata. Ormai Agenzia di fiducia! Complimenti, consiglio a tutti!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero un po' scettica sulle agenzie immobiliari, ma ho avuto modo di conoscere i ragazzi della filiale di Montesilvano che mi hanno assistito in modo professionale. Sin da subito sono stato chiari in tutti i punti del contratto e onesti sui tempi e le probabilità di vendita in riferimento alle condizioni da me richieste. Brandon in particolare è stato un alleato sin dalla prima valutazione dell'immobile. Mi sono sempre sentita protetta nei miei interessi e garantita sui risultati. Anche se il target che mi ero posta era obiettivamente alto, i ragazzi non si sono persi d'animo e sono comunque venuti incontro alle mie richieste. Insomma, potete davvero fidarvi. Consigliatissimo!

Right from the start I was clear in all points of the contract and honest about the timing and probabilities of sale in reference to the conditions I requested. Brandon in particular has been an ally since the first appraisal of the property. I have always felt protected in my interests and guaranteed on the results. Even if the target that I had set myself was objectively high, the boys did not lose heart and still met my requests. In short, you can really trust. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato casa con questa agenzia, i due agenti,Brandon e Francesca con cui ho trattato l'acquisto, sono persone piacevoli, competenti, professionali, hanno saputo rispondere ad ogni mia domanda, chiarire ogni mio dubbio, gestire ogni obiezione. Si sono occupati di gestire tutta la parte burocratica che prevede l'acquisto di un immobile, che onestamente non sarei stata in grado di seguire. Ma la cosa che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stata la.semplicita e l'umiltà di queste due persone cosa non scontata. Considerando che un mese prima durante una visita solo per aver fatto qualche obiezione , visto che l'immobile era pieno di infiltrazioni, la.signorina si è permessa di rispondermi tutta scocciata in modo molto maleducato.
D'altronde non sto acquistando una maglia!!!!

They took care of managing all the bureaucratic part that involves the purchase of a property, which honestly I would not have been able to follow. But the thing that struck me most was the simplicity and humility of these two people, which is not a foregone conclusion. Considering that a month earlier during a visit just for having made some objection, since the building was full of infiltrations, the lady took the liberty of replying all annoyed in a very rude way.
On the other hand, I'm not buying a shirt !!!!
