Hanno gestito tutta la trattativa pensando solo al loro onorario e non ai clienti.
Ci Hanno fatto svalutare moltissimo,
ci hanno fatto fare dei lavori (dentro casa) da delle vere capre, si appoggiano a architetti e notai turbi.
Gli agenti venditori sono delle salme incapaci di vendere, e gli acquirenti che trovano sono spesso insoddisfacenti. Veramente con tante opzioni a San Lorenzo non vi andate a ficcare con gli ultimi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vado a vedere un appartamento in affitto circa 1 mese fa... lo vedo la mattina alle 11... richiamo per dire che mi interessa verso le 13 ma il ragazzo coi capelli lunghi che mi aveva mostrato la casa non ci stava... allora mi dicono di richiamare alle 15 richiamo e mi dice che ormai l appartamento gia stava in trattativa e non era piu dispinibile... mi viene da pensare che non lo volevano affittare a me in quanto omofobi onestamente... visto che a distanza di un mese ancora ci sta l annuncio che affittano... sara' solo una mia idea? saro' pazza io? sicuramente negheranno...PESSIMA ESPERIENZA PER QUANTO MI RIGUARDA...
ps E NON DITE CHE NON MI E' CHIARO IL CONCETTO CHE SE E' IN TRATTATIVA LE VISITE VENGONO SOSPESE PERCHE QUELLA MATTINA IO HO VISTO LA CASA DALLE 11 FINO ALLE 1130 ED HO CHIAMATO SUBITO DOPO PER CONFERMARLA E DUBITO CHE IL DIPENDENTE DAI CAPELLI LUNGHI SI E' MESSO A FARE LA TRATTATIVA DURANTE LA PAUSA PRANZO! NON PRENDETE IN GIRO LA GENTE...poi a mio modesto parere se una trattativa fallisce un agenzia decente contatta chi ha detto di essere interessato... piuttosto che lasciare la casa sfitta... ma ognuno ''lavora' a suo modo... grazie
I go to see an apartment for rent about 1 month ago ... I see it in the morning at 11 ... I call back to say that I am interested in around 13 but the long-haired boy who had shown me the house was not there ... then they tell me to call back at 15 and tell me that by now the apartment was already under negotiation and was no longer available ... it makes me think that they did not want to rent it to me as honestly homophobes ... since at a distance of a month still there is the announcement that they rent ... will it be just my idea? Will I be crazy? surely they will deny ... BAD EXPERIENCE AS REGARDS ME ...
ps AND DON'T SAY THAT THE CONCEPT THAT IF IT IS IN NEGOTIATION THE VISITS ARE SUSPENDED BECAUSE THAT MORNING I SAW THE HOUSE FROM 11 UNTIL 1130 AND I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AFTER TO CONFIRM IT AND DOUBT THAT THE EMPLOYEE WITH LONG HAIR HE TAKEN THE NEGOTIATION DURING THE LUNCH BREAK! DON'T TAKE AROUND PEOPLE ... then in my humble opinion if a negotiation fails a decent agency contacts those who said they are interested ... rather than leave the house empty ... but everyone 'works' in his own way. .. thank you
