Innanzitutto non consentono di rilasciare alcuna offerta senza la previa consegna di un assegno per il pagamento della provvigione, che tra l'altro è di gran lunga più elevata di altre agenzie e ben superiore a quella stabilita dal Comune di Napoli. La cosa più grave è che il compenso che loro incassano immediatamente all'accettazione della proposta non corrisponde minimamente al servizio che offrono: si limitano ad aprire la porta delle case e a pretendere la firma su un loro prestampato di offerta assolutamente non protettivo per gli acquirenti, ai quali è inibito di porre condizioni nella sezione relativa alle condizioni aggiuntive. Ma non solo: vendono immobili che presentano abusi e difformità di ogni tipo senza assolutamente comunicarlo previamente all'offerente. Una volta incassata la provvigione, se l'immobile non è in regola, non hanno nessuna intenzione di restituire quanto incassato. Personale per niente professionAle e nemmeno eticamente corretto. DIFFIDATE TUTTI!

The most serious thing is that the remuneration that they collect immediately upon acceptance of the proposal does not correspond in the least to the service they offer: they limit themselves to opening the door of the houses and demanding the signature on their pre-printed offer absolutely not protective for the buyers, to which it is forbidden to place conditions in the section relating to additional conditions. But not only that: they sell properties that show abuses and discrepancies of all kinds without absolutely communicating it in advance to the bidder. Once the commission has been collected, if the property is not in order, they have no intention of returning what has been collected. Staff not at all professional and not even ethically correct. BEWARE ALL!
