Avevamo chiaramente chiesto un appartamento ristrutturato abbastanza di recente, in modo da non dover affrontare gli alti costi e i tempi lunghi di una ristrutturazione. Invece, giocando sulla nostra stanchezza e sulla fretta (in quanto ospiti di mio suocero) ci hanno propinato un appartamento completamente da rifare e in uno stabile non a norma perchè manca di messa a terra! E dire che il loro volantino, che conservo, recita "appartamento in BUONO STATO" e che, con salamelecchi e moine, ci hanno fatto credere che gli impianti elettrico, idraulico e del gas non avessero più di 10 anni... Le loro provvigioni inoltre sono state molto alte, e naturalmente se le sono fatte corrispondere prima che emergessero le "magagne".
Bad experience, don't trust me! We had clearly asked for a fairly recently refurbished apartment, so that we would not have to face the high costs and time-consuming times of a refurbishment. Instead, playing on our tiredness and haste (as guests of my father-in-law) they offered us an apartment completely to be redone and in a non-compliant building because it lacks grounding! And to say that their flyer, which I keep, reads "apartment in GOOD CONDITION" and that, with salamelecchi and coaxing, they made us believe that the electrical, plumbing and gas systems were no more than 10 years old ... moreover they were very high, and of course they were made to correspond before the "flaws" emerged.
