They conclude business only to pocket commissions which rise dramatically. Little professionalism 'by the owner lots instead incorrectness characterizing the negotiations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, io ed il mio compagno abbiamo contattato l’agenzia dopo aver visto un annuncio sul loro sito (Maggio 2019). Ci hanno presentato un venditore totalmente inaffidabile, dopo aver stipulato il preliminare, lasciata la caparra e pagata l’agenzia, il tizio è diventato irreperibile ed abbiamo dovuto procedere per vie legali, ad oggi ancora aperte.
A distanza di mesi, l’agenzia non si è fatta più sentire, nemmeno per chiederci come proseguisse la situazione, nonostante ci avessero rassicurati che ci sarebbero stati accanto fino alla stipula dell’atto (che ovviamente non c’è mai stato).
Bad experience, my partner and I contacted the agency after seeing an ad on their website (May 2019). We were presented with a totally unreliable seller, after having stipulated the preliminary agreement, left the deposit and paid the agency, the guy has become unavailable and we had to proceed through legal procedures, which are still open today.
Months later, the agency did not make itself heard, not even to ask us how the situation was going on, despite having reassured us that they would be with us until the signing of the deed (which obviously never existed).
