Non scrivono mai l'indirizzo del bene da visitare, nemmeno la via, e sei obbligato sempre a chiamare giusto per capire più o meno dove si trova la casa (non proprio un dettaglio).
Anche al telefono, non ti danno l'informazione, si nascondono dietro vari "mah, non so", "non posso dirlo", il tutto per obbligare il cliente a passare dall'agenzia prima di effettuare la visita, questo che l'appartamento sia a 500 metri o 2 km.
Abbiamo accettato una volta, siamo arrivati in orario in agenzia, abbiamo dovuto poi aspettare 15 minuti che ci fosse un agente libero, che poi ci ha svelato di doverlo accompagnare in macchina perché lui non aveva nemmeno la patente. Il tutto, in pieno Covid, quando con i limiti imposti dalla normativa rischiavo una multa avendo un estraneo in macchina, oltre a costringermi a tenere la mascherina. Vabbé, andiamo sul posto, l'agente non ha la minima nozione della casa, non sa rispondere a nessuna domanda, deve verificare l'annuncio pure per dire quali sono le spese condominiali e ovviamente non sa che cosa ci sia dentro.
Dopodiché, era un venerdì sera, siamo stati obbligati a riportarlo in agenzia perché ovviamente non poteva rientrare da solo.
Per la precisione, abbiamo visitato 2 case, una a Cassina e una a Sant'Agata, ma entrambe a meno di 10 minuti dalla metro, quindi in teoria poteva organizzarsi coi trasporti.
Altre 2 volte ho rinunciato a visitare un appartamento con loro perché mi imponevano di passare in agenzia per visitare case che stavano a 3 km, quindi farmi il traffico dell'ora di punta per essere a Cassina centro alle 19, trovare parcheggio, aspettare un loro agente, per arrivare alla casa da visitare alle 19h20 se tutto va bene, visitarla in 10 minuti senza avere alcuna informazione complementare e riportare l'agente indietro.
Forse credono che hanno tutti tempo da perdere.

We accepted once, we arrived at the agency on time, then we had to wait 15 minutes for a free agent to be there, who then told us that he had to drive him because he didn't even have a license. All this, in full Covid, when with the limits imposed by the legislation I risked a fine having a stranger in the car, as well as forcing myself to keep the mask. Okay, let's go to the place, the agent doesn't have the slightest notion of the house, he can't answer any questions, he has to check the announcement as well to tell what the condominium expenses are and obviously he doesn't know what's inside.
After that, it was a Friday night, we were forced to take him back to the agency because obviously he couldn't go back alone.
To be precise, we visited 2 houses, one in Cassina and one in Sant'Agata, but both less than 10 minutes from the metro, so in theory he could organize himself with transport.
Another 2 times I gave up visiting an apartment with them because they forced me to go to the agency to visit houses that were 3 km away, so I get into rush hour traffic to be in Cassina center at 7 pm, find parking, wait for them agent, to arrive at the house to visit at 19h20 if all goes well, visit it in 10 minutes without having any additional information and bring the agent back.
Maybe they think they all have time to waste.

Come già detto in modo chiaro ed inequivocabile al vostro collaboratore che mi ha chiamato telefonicamente qualche tempo fà, non sono interessato a sottoscrivere con voi alcun documento relativo alla vendita del mio immobile.
Un contratto di vendita con mandato in esclusiva è già stato sottoscritto con l’agenzia Eurocasa di Cassina de' Pecchi .
Pertanto vi invito a recedere sollecitamente da qualsiasi azione di vendita ed a rimuovere dai vostri canali pubblicitari qualsiasi foto e/o materiale relativo al mio villino.
Sono inoltre sorpreso dal vedere sui vostri siti foto della mia villa, visto che non ho mai ricevuto richiesta, né si è presentato vostro incaricato, né tantomeno ho autorizzato l'effettuazione di alcun servizio fotografico.
Copia di detta comunicazione viene inviata anche all'agenzia Eurocasa per correttezza e conoscenza, la quale provvederà ad effettuare tutte le azioni che riterrà più opportune a difesa dei propri contratti, del proprio lavoro, e dei propri clienti.

Abbiamo avuto tre occasioni di contatto con questa agenzia e sono state un crescendo di comportamenti a dir poco deprecabili.
Partendo dal presupposto che si viene "costretti" a fare un passaggio dalla sede dell'agenzia (impossibile trovare posto per l'auto) prima di essere portati a visionare l'immobile.
La prima soluzione visionata (nell'annuncio definita "perfetta") era totalmente da ristrutturare, con una serie di differenze tra quanto indicato nell'annuncio e quanto visibile. Vabbé, ho pensato, è il loro mestiere vendere...
Nel secondo caso, per un immobile per cui ci era stato fornito come primo giorno utile di visione il 17 febbraio (prima non era possibile per impegni della proprietà, e ci era stato inoltre assicurato che fosse il primo giorno a disposizione dei clienti), un loro agente ci contatta nella mattinata del 17 febbraio stesso dicendo di aver ritirato l'offerta di una persona che aveva visitato la casa il giorno precedente. Alla mia richiesta di visionare ugualmente la casa, in quanto avremmo potuto comunque valutare di sottoporre un'offerta non vincolata ad un mutuo, mi è stato risposto "noi siamo un'agenzia seria, non facciamo queste cose".
Nel terzo caso, avevamo fissato un appuntamento per un altro immobile (anche in questo caso, primo giorno disponibile) e siamo stati contattati poco prima per comunicarci che un cliente che ha visitato la casa alle 14/14.30 "non ricordo" (parole dell'agente) ha presentato un'offerta.
Alla mia domanda su come fosse possibile questa cosa, mi è stato candidamente risposto che i primi appuntamenti vengono fissati con clienti fidelizzati.
Come un cliente in cerca di casa diventa fidelizzato?

We have had three occasions of contact with this agency and they have been a crescendo of behavior that is nothing short of deplorable.

The first solution viewed (in the advertisement defined as "perfect") was totally to be restored, with a series of differences between what is indicated in the advertisement and what is visible. Oh well, I thought, it's their job to sell ...
In the second case, for a property for which we had been provided as the first day of viewing on February 17 (previously this was not possible due to commitments of the property, and we were also assured that it was the first day available to customers), a their agent contacted us in the morning of February 17th saying that he had withdrawn the offer of a person who had visited the house the previous day. At my request to view the house anyway, as we could still have considered submitting an offer not tied to a mortgage, I was replied "we are a serious agency, we do not do these things".
In the third case, we had made an appointment for another property (also in this case, the first day available) and we were contacted shortly before to inform us that a customer who visited the house at 14 / 14.30 "I don't remember" (words of the agent) has submitted an offer.
To my question about how this thing was possible, I was candidly answered that the first appointments are fixed with loyal customers.
How does a customer looking for a home become loyal?

Per ben due volte ci hanno annullato l'appuntamento di visione di un immobile per "offerta ricevuta da precedente potenziale acquirente". Peccato che i nostri appuntamenti fossero stati fissati - a detta loro - il primo giorno disponibile del venditore. Alle nostre rimostranze, ci hanno risposto che l'ordine con cui fanno visionare gli immobili dipende da quanto è fidelizzato il cliente - su che base uno diventa cliente fidelizzato mentre cerca casa??? Complimenti per la (scarsissima) professionalità.
