Inoltre sempre sorridenti ed allegre ogni volta che ti ricevevano in ufficio, anche quando il sorriso era difficile averlo, per vari motivi. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo una casa ereditata nella zona di Borgo Poncarale, ma, essendo di tutt’altra parte ho dovuto per forza affidarmi ad un agenzia della zona, anche se molto scettico nei confronti delle agenzie in generale. Ho chiesto informazioni agli uffici della zona ma mi sembravano tutti al quanto mediocri, dopodiché sono entrato in Tecnocasa su consiglio di un amico da subito Enrica e Mariaelena mi hanno spiegato per filo e per segno tutto quello che dovevo sapere e mi hanno illustrato tutte le possibilità che avevo. Dopo pochi giorni io e mia sorella abbiamo deciso di affidarci a loro per la vendita del nostro immobile e nel giro di pochi giorni Noemi (altra professionista del team) mi ha chiamato per informarmi dell’arrivo di una proposta, senza ancora aver neanche pubblicizzato l’immobile. Così dopo una breve trattativa, siamo arrivati subito ad un accordo e le ragazze si sono occupate di tutto fino al rogito notarile. Io e mia sorella, in parole povere, non abbiamo dovuto muovere un dito e siamo stati portati alla soluzione precedentemente illustrata nel giro di pochi giorni, con una grandissima professionalità e serietà lavorativa da parte di tutto il team, ma soprattutto con grande umanità da parte di ognuna di loro.
Non vi saremo mai grati abbastanza per averci infuso fiducia nei professionisti che rappresentano ancora la figura dell’agente immobiliare come si deve. Grazie ragazze per la passione che mettete in quello che fate tutti i giorni. Continuate così e non cambiate. ??????
