Ci hanno promesso la casa in affitto a marzo ma ci entriamo a metà giugno.
Tre mesi dopo.
Una volta firmato la proposta di acquisto l'agenzia è completamente sparita e mi è toccato gestirmi in autonomia confrontandomi con l inquilina e il proprietario.
Ho chiesto uno sconto per un servizio mai avuto (oltre che carissimo) ma non c'è stato nulla da fare.
Oltre che non cedere di un passo si inventavano ogni scusa plausibile per non scontare neppure un euro nonostante la non professionalità.
Se cercate casa in affitto o in vendita affidatevi altrove.
Non fatevi prendere in giro.
Una stella solo perché non ne posso dare zero.
We relied on this agency for an apartment in Cologno al serio.
They promised us the house for rent in March but we enter it in mid-June.
Three months later.
Once the purchase proposal was signed, the agency completely disappeared and I had to manage myself independently, comparing myself with the tenant and the owner.
I asked for a discount for a service I had never had (as well as very expensive) but there was nothing to do.
In addition to not giving a step, they invented every plausible excuse not to discount even one euro despite the lack of professionalism.
If you are looking for a house for rent or for sale, rely elsewhere.
Don't be fooled.
A star just because I can't give zero.
