★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritengo doveroso e corretto fare seguito alla recensione che ho postato circa due mesi fa e che per la cronaca lascio in fondo a questa rettifica. Con la consapevolezza che le recensioni possono ledere l'immagine di una azienda ho postato il mio disappunto per il trattamento ricevuto affinchè potesse essere utile ad evitare che si ripetesse. Dopo la mia recensione sono stato contattato dalla responsabile dell'agenzia che molto dispiaciuta si è scusata per l'accaduto. Si è messa a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza io potessi avere rassicurandomi che lo stile di lavoro dei ragazzi che lavorano in agenzia è sempre attento e professionale a garantire la massima soddisfazione del cliente. Ringrazio la titolare dell'agenzia per l'attenzione nei miei confronti.

Indubbiamente i clienti che comprano sono meglio accolti , ma visto che esistono pure gli affitti non capisco la riluttanza, la spocchia e la totale mancanza di cordialità della signorina che ci ha accolti ieri venerdi 20 luglio in agenzia. La simpatia non è certo il punto forte di questa impiegata, abbiamo capito che non ci sono immobili disponibili ma non c'è bisogno di trattare le persone come fossero li a chiederti l'elemosina. Totale mancanza di rispetto, e poi se continui a spararmi dei prezzi assurdi senza nemmeno sapere che tipo di disponibilità ho, quasi a mettermi in guardia, cosa vuoi ottenere, che me ne vada? Mi spiace ma forse era una giornata no, io è una vita che lavoro con la gente e le giornate no me le tengo per me. Un consiglio, a trattare bene un cliente non costa nulla, si fa molta più fatica a trattarlo male. Saluti
I believe it is right and proper to follow up on the review that I posted about two months ago and that for the record I leave at the bottom of this correction. With the awareness that reviews can damage the image of a company, I posted my disappointment for the treatment received so that it could be useful to prevent it from happening again. After my review I was contacted by the agency manager who very sorry and apologized for what happened. She made herself available for any need I might have, reassuring me that the working style of the guys who work in the agency is always attentive and professional to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction. I thank the owner of the agency for paying attention to me.

Undoubtedly, customers who buy are better received, but since there are also rents, I don't understand the reluctance, arrogance and total lack of friendliness of the young lady who welcomed us yesterday Friday 20 July at the agency. Sympathy is certainly not the strong point of this employee, we understand that there are no properties available but there is no need to treat people as if they were there asking for alms. Total disrespect, and then if you keep shooting me at absurd prices without even knowing what kind of availability I have, as if to warn me, what do you want to get, that I go away? I'm sorry but maybe it was a bad day, I've been working with people for a lifetime and I keep the bad days to myself. A piece of advice, to treat a customer well does not cost anything, it is much more difficult to treat him badly. Greetings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto mi possa essere sforzato di comprendere, le politiche di Tecnocasa risultano quantomeno singolari: ricevi un invito a recarti in ufficio per firmare (e uno pensa subito al contratto di affitto, ovviamente) ma quando poi ti rechi in agenzia scopri che firmerai una sorta di liberatoria per un sorta di concorso tra aspiranti locatari , versando sull'unghia la caparra... il più simpatico o fortunato vince!
Poi dopo qualche giorno ti informano che non sei "stato selezionato" e che devi quindi tornare in agenzia a riprendere i soldi che hai versato a titolo di caparra, macinando chilometri a gratis per nulla.
Come se non bastasse l'agenzia ti chiede, in caso di "vincita del concorso", ben due mensilità più IVA.
Contattata altra agenzia meno "blasonata", tempo due giorni ho ricevuto il contratto, ho versato la caparra e ottenuto l'appartamento, spendendo ben 500 euro in meno di quota di agenzia.
Personale esperienza... EVITATE ACCURATAMENTE TECNOCASA!!!
As much as I may have tried to understand, Tecnocasa's policies are at least singular: you receive an invitation to go to the office to sign (and one immediately thinks about the rental contract, of course) but when you then go to the agency you discover that you will sign a sort of release for a sort of contest between aspiring tenants, by paying the deposit on the nail ... the nicest or luckiest wins!
Then after a few days they inform you that you have not been "selected" and that you must therefore return to the agency to take back the money you paid as a deposit, grinding kilometers for free for nothing.
As if that were not enough, the agency asks you, in case of "winning the competition", two months plus VAT.
Contacted another less "noble" agency, in two days I received the contract, I paid the deposit and got the apartment, spending 500 euros less than the agency fee.
Personal experience ... CAREFULLY AVOID TECNOCASA !!!
