Comunque Andrea sempre gentilissimo ci ha ospitato per 2 o 3 volte a rivedere l’immobile, senza MAI e ripeto MAI forzare l’acquisto o gestire la vendita come il 90% delle aziende immobiliari con re-call o stressamenti vari. Poi non ho comunque acquistato quest’immobile perchè ho trovato una pari casa nella zona a noi preferita. Devo comunque registrare l’ottimo lavoro svolto dal titolare in questione. Mi spiace di non aver acquistato da lui per dimostrargli quanto bene ha gestito la cosa. Grazie ancora !
Still some time ago I had seen a house that interested us, the only thing against it, the area that was not perfect for me and my family. However Andrea always very kind hosted us for 2 or 3 times to review the property, without NEVER and I repeat NEVER force the purchase or manage the sale like 90% of real estate companies with re-calls or various stresses. Then I still did not buy this property because I found an equal house in the area we prefer. However, I must record the excellent work done by the owner in question. I'm sorry I didn't buy from him to show him how well he managed it. Thanks again !

After the deal was signed, they referred me to another company which helped me transfer the services of gas and light in my name.
Totally recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property in a beautiful, convenient, and cozy town of Zero Branco.
