La cosa che mi ha lasciato perplesso è che la mia proposta di richiesta locazione sia stata rifiutata dal proprietario per requisiti di reddito (non voglio sindacare sulla richiesta del proprietario, ognuno fitta a chi vuole e a quanto vuole). A questo punto nascono molti dubbi sulla professionalità dell'agenzia che dovrebbe filtrare il cliente in anticipo senza arrivare alla proposta conoscendo le richieste del proprietario!!!! A che serve presentare le certificazioni di reddito se poi sono ritenute incongruenti? L'agenzia non è a conoscenza delle richieste del proprietario? Inoltre ho perso 5 giorni in cui potevo cercare altro! Mai più tecnocasa!

What is the use of presenting income certificates if they are then deemed incongruent? Is the agency not aware of the owner's requests? Also I lost 5 days in which I could look for more! No more tecnocasa!

A fronte della mancata chiamata da parte dell'agenzia ho provveduto e con enorme stupore Mi hanno detto che il mio appuntamento non era stato fissato poiché se ne erano dimenticati. Ho quindi fissato un nuovo orario, per il quale l'agente mi ha fatto attendere 40 minuti. Totale mancanza di organizzazione e professionalità. La peggior esperienza della mia vita con le agenzie.
