★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In verità ho consultato più agenzie immobiliari, dopo aver contattato Tecnocasa, alla fine li ho ricontattati ed ho affidato loro la vendita del mio appartamento.
Sono rimasto soddisfatto, ho ricevuto parecchie visite di potenziali acquirenti, ed alla fine con la vendita mi hanno accompagnato passo dopo passo, con moltissima professionalità e pazienza, fino alle chiusure delle utenze e a tutti quei "passaggi " che quando vuoi vendere oppure comprare un appartamento, non appaiono in prima battuta.
Ho condiviso questa mia soddisfazione con l'acquirente che, dall'altra parte ha avuto lo stesso tipo di assistenza e di conseguente tranquillità.
Sono soddisfatto, soprattutto dopo aver visto le altre agenzie, nemmeno minimamente all'altezza della loro professionalità, non c'è partita!

I was satisfied, I received several visits from potential buyers, and in the end with the sale they accompanied me step by step, with a lot of professionalism and patience, up to the closure of the utilities and all those "steps" that when you want to sell or buy an apartment , do not appear in the first instance.
I shared my satisfaction with the buyer who, on the other hand, had the same kind of assistance and consequent peace of mind.
I am satisfied, especially after having seen the other agencies, not even at all up to their professionalism, there is no match!
