★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace mettere un voto così basso, ma sinceramente non posso fare di più... Affidato l'incarico per la vendita di un appartamento hanno fatto in due anni 23 telefonate di cui solo tre si sono concluse in visita (dati riportati sul resoconto dato da loro)...
Metto due stelle e non una perché dopotutto la persona a cui ho affidato l'incarico lo conosco.
Sicuramente verranno a commentare che "chiedevo troppo" probabilmente si ma allora non accettare l'incarico...
Ultima cosa: nell'elenco delle persone che hanno contattato dicono di avere il diritto di provvigione, probabilmente è così ma solo su quelle che sono andate a visitare l'appartamentoa non quelle che chiamano telefonicamente...

Last thing: in the list of people they contacted they say they have the right to commission, probably so but only on those who went to visit the apartment and not those who call by phone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se dovessi mettere un voto,sceglierei uno sotto lo zero..ma purtroppo non esiste. Serietà e professionalità zero,nella vita si deve essere diretti non aggrapparsi alle seconde vie prendendo per i fondelli le persone. Quando si prendono gli appuntamenti si rispettano...non si trovano scuse dicendo che ci sia il personale ammalato rimandando l' appuntamento...chiamando il giorno dopo per comunicare che l'appartamento non è più disponibile.
If I had to put a vote, I would choose one below zero .. but unfortunately it does not exist. Zero seriousness and professionalism, in life you must be direct not to cling to second paths by taking people for a ride. When appointments are made, they are respected ... there is no excuse by saying that the staff is sick by postponing the appointment ... by calling the next day to communicate that the apartment is no longer available.
