Nel Giugno 2019, avendo deciso di vendere il mio appartamento di Rapallo, davo l'incarico, accettando la sua valutazione, al Sig. Giovanni, che mi aveva vantato grandi capacità sue e dell'agenzia nel settore.
Dopo un anno senza riscontri, oltretutto con uno spiacevole contrattempo dovuto alla loro superficialità, che mi ha portato a consultare un Avvocato, a fine mandato ritiro le chiavi.
Le sorprese spiacevoli non erano finite: facendo un sopralluogo trovo la porta d'ingresso non chiusa a chiave....chiunque avrebbe potuto entrare fare danni o abitarci abusivamente.
Inoltre nel bagno, la tazza del WC era stata usata ignorando lo sciacquone e lasciandola lorda di escrementi.
Questi comportamenti infangano un Marchio che fino a ieri credevo sinonimo di serietà e sicurezza

Also in the bathroom, the toilet bowl had been used ignoring the toilet and leaving it gross of excrement.
These behaviors muddy a brand that until yesterday I believed synonymous with seriousness and security

Bravi preparati e professionali, hanno saputo infondermi quella sicurezza e assistenza fino al rogito.
