★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a Tecnocasa studio srlu di Potenza per una vendita importante, ma difficile. Una villa molto grande e ben studiata, con annessi, situata nel cuore di un rione popolato, pertanto centrale. La vendita si è rivelata presto di difficile attuazione, così come l'agenzia, nella veste del suo titolare, mi disse in sede di vutazione. Dopo lavoro ed impegno, la vendita è andata a buon fine con soddisfazione di tutti gli interessati. La cosa che mi preme precisare in questo lungo e faticoso cammino, è la figura di Antonio Mignone che ha preparazione, competenze ed esperienze molteplici. Sicuro in tutte le materie che un rogito prevede, fin da subito, ha mostrato di muoversi a livello tecnico, catastale, notarile, legale e quant'altro. Personalmente credo che queste qualità siano impagabili per chi, come me, ha fatto un altro lavoro, lontanissimo dal mondo difficile dell'immobiliare. Ringrazio ancora per l'impegno profuso tutti i giovani dello studio ed un grazie speciale ad Antonio, cui va il merito della transazione e la mia gratitudine.
I turned to Tecnocasa studio srlu in Potenza for an important but difficult sale. A very large and well designed villa, with annexes, located in the heart of a populated district, therefore central. The sale soon proved difficult to implement, as the agency, in the role of its owner, told me during the vote. After work and commitment, the sale was successful to the satisfaction of all interested parties. The thing that I would like to specify in this long and tiring journey is the figure of Antonio Mignone who has multiple preparation, skills and experience. Sure in all the matters that a deed provides, right from the start, he has shown to move at a technical, cadastral, notary, legal level and so on. Personally I believe that these qualities are priceless for those who, like me, have done another job, very far from the difficult world of real estate. I would like to thank again all the young people of the firm for their commitment and a special thanks to Antonio, who deserves the credit for the transaction and my gratitude.

Grande disponibilità e professionalità da parte di tutti i collaboratori, specie di Martino a cui é stato affidato l'immobile. Risiedo a 600 km da Potenza per cui, avere in loco una persona che curasse, sotto ogni aspetto la vendita, è stato come essere presente. E vi assicuro che non è stata cosa da poco. Concludo affermando che consiglirei l'agenzia Tecnocasa a chiunque certissimo di fare bella figura.
Very very happy to have entrusted the sale of the paternal house to Tecnocasa di Potenza. Great availability and professionalism on the part of all collaborators, especially Martino who was entrusted with the property. I live 600 km from Potenza so having a person on site who would take care of the sale in every respect was like being present. And I assure you that it was not a trivial matter. Staff disponibile e aperto ad ogni tua richiesta. Pensavo di trasferirmi a Potenza e avevo bisogno di un immobile quanto prima possibile. In particolare Francesca l'agente che mi ha seguito durante il mio percorso di è resa disponibile ogni giorno per farmi vedere quanti appartamenti possibili che rispondessero ad ogni mia domanda.

Staff available and open to all your requests. I was thinking of moving to Potenza and I needed a property as soon as possible. In particular Francesca the agent who followed me during my journey is made available every day to show me how many apartments possible that would answer all my questions.
