Dopo un'infinità di telefonate e email a cui nessuno si è mai degnato di rispondere se non per temporeggiare ho pensato che cambio agenzia. Quello studio è gestito veramente malissimo!! Alla larga!
Do not even think you can get information on the houses that this site should take care of !! After an endless number of phone calls and emails to which no one has ever deigned to answer except to stall, I thought that I would change the agency. That studio is run really badly !! Keep away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono davvero incompetenti, mi hanno tenuto in ballo 2 mesi per un'appartamento dicendomi che i proprietari avevano firmato la mia proposta d'acquisto, e mi dicono di stare tranquilla e che stanno preparando il compromesso. Dopo le ferie scopro che la proposta non ė stata firmata e in più mi chiedono di aumentare la caparra dal 5 a 30000 euro. Sono vergognosi...a questo punto ė caduta la fiducia....
They are really incompetent, they kept me up for 2 months for an apartment telling me that the owners had signed my purchase proposal, and they tell me to be calm and that they are preparing the compromise. After the holidays I discover that the proposal has not been signed and in addition they ask me to increase the deposit from 5 to 30,000 euros. They are ashamed ... at this point the trust fell ....
