★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da mesi sono in cerca di un appartamento in affitto nelle località a partire da Bellaria fino a Rimini ma privilegiando Bellaria, ho prestato molte richieste tramite il sito dove mi veniva indicato che presto si prenderanno cura di me.
In diversi mesi l'unica immobiliare che mi ha contattato è stata questa ricevendo nell'immediato una telefonata dalla Gent.ma Sig.ra Claudia, abbiamo conversato nella maniera più cordiale e definendo ogni cosa prendendo in considerazione anche lo stato di crisi sia lavorativa che economica.
L'accordo è stato chiuso nella maniera più idonea per tutti e sono in attesa di altre eventuali proposte di affitto prima di accettare quella vista da me sempre se a suo tempo sarà disponibile.
Devo dire che sono rimasto molto colpito perché davvero si nota l'esperienza, gentilezza e cordialità.
Ho cambiato i miei punti di esigenza di località e mi rivolgerò sempre qui anche se nel lontano futuro ne avrò nuovamente bisogno.
Consiglio questa immobiliare? Senza ombra di dubbio la mia risposta è si!
In data 28/04/22 purtroppo da 5 stelle sono passato ad 1 perché la gent.ma Claudia mi disse di fare la disdetta dell'affitto dove vivevo dicendomi che presto si sarebbe trovata un'altra abitazione e fare il passaggio! Ahimè è rimasto tutto in silenzio ed io, mia figlia e mia mamma per poco restavano senza un tetto rendendo grande omaggio ad un caro amico che nel giro di una settimana mi ha trovato un bell'appartamento.

For months I have been looking for an apartment for rent in the places starting from Bellaria up to Rimini but favoring Bellaria, I made many requests through the site where I was told that they will soon take care of me.
In several months the only real estate that contacted me was this one, receiving an immediate phone call from Dear Ms Claudia, we conversed in the most cordial way and defining everything taking into consideration the state of crisis both at work and economic.
The agreement has been closed in the most suitable way for everyone and I am awaiting any other rental proposals before accepting the one I have seen, always if it will be available in due time.
I must say that I was very impressed because you really notice the experience, kindness and friendliness.
I have changed my points of need of location and I will always turn here even if in the distant future I will need it again.
Do I recommend this real estate? Without a doubt my answer is yes!
Unfortunately, on 28/04/22 I went from 5 stars to 1 because the kind Claudia told me to cancel the rent where I lived, telling me that soon she would find another home and make the switch! Alas, everything remained silent and me, my daughter and my mother were almost homeless, paying great tribute to a dear friend who found me a nice apartment within a week.
