Io ed il mio compagno ci siamo affidati per un appartamento in affitto a Sofia di TecnoCasa, la quale si dimostra inizialmente disponibile e ci fissa un appuntamento per la visita dell’appartamento. Ci presentiamo il giorno dell’appuntamento e non troviamo nessuno, chiamiamo così Sofia, la quale ci comunica che avevano annullato tutti gli appuntamenti per quella mattinata e che avevano chiamato tutti gli interessati per riferire ciò, peccato però che noi questa famosa telefonata non l’abbiamo mai ricevuta e avremmo apprezzato delle scuse (consapevoli del fatto che può capitare a tutti di sbagliare) invece di trovare dall’altra parte una persona per nulla mortificata per l’accaduto e che insisteva nel dire che tutti gli interessati erano stati chiamati. Ancora ad oggi vorrei proprio vederla questa chiamata perché noi ancora non ne abbiamo trovato tracce!

Even today I would really like to see this call because we have not yet found traces of it!

Prima Luca e poi Sofia ci hanno fatto vedere le locazioni di interesse, ci hadnno dato ogni dettaglio utile e poi una volta deciso, Sofia con grande professionalità ci ha stipulato la proposta di contratto senza farci mancare un solo momento di spiegazione alle nostre domande. Siamo stati veramente e piacevolmente soddisfatti. Ambiente pulitissimo, norme CODIV-19 estremamente presenti. Insomma un esempio per la categoria delle Agenzie Immobiliari. Enzo
We relied on this STUDIO MENTI SRL agency to find accommodation for my son, an engineering student in Vicenza. We were surprised to find a highly professional and courteous branch. First Luca and then Sofia showed us the locations of interest, they gave us every useful detail and then once decided, Sofia with great professionalism stipulated the contract proposal without missing a single moment of explanation to our questions.
