Premetto che il 10/02 dovevo chiudere per un appartamento, quando mi compare un loro annuncio e chiamo immediatamente per fissare un'appuntamento. Mi rispondono dicendo che mi facevano sapere il prima possibile. NIENTE. Il giorno successivo li ricontatto e mi rispondono che l'inquilino non avrebbe dato disponibilità per visionare la casa e quindi dovevo aspettare il gg 22/02 che gli portasse le chiavi.
Non contento, la sera mi reco in agenzia, spiegandogli che mi serviva per gli inizi di marzo e che ero INTERESSATO A QUELL'IMMOBILE, ed ero disposto anche a lasciare un acconto o un eventuale proposta. Mi rispondono che non era possibile in quanto non avendo ancora le chiavi non si poteva fare. GLI RIBADISCO che ero interessatissimo e non ne volevo rimanere senza in quanto avevo lasciato l'altro immobile ad un'altro cliente. MI RASSICURANO CHE C'ERO SOLO IO INTERESSATO E POTEVO STARE TRANQUILLO AL 1000X1000.
Giorno 21/02 controllando sul sito, noto che l'annuncio era stato tolto, già qui capisco che qualcosa non andasse.. Richiamo e mi dicono che è tutto confermato per visionarla il gg 24/02 alle 18:00.
La mattina del 24/02 li contatto chiedendo se era possibile vederla prima e mi dicono che era possibile visionarla alle 14:00 e confermo.
ORE 13:30 MI CONTATTANO DICENDO CHE GIÀ ERA ANDATA UNA SIGNORA CHE AVEVA GIÀ FATTO L'OFFERTA, SENZA NEMMENO VEDERLA E QUINDI NON C'ERA PIÙ NIENTE DA FARE (anch'io volevo fare l'offerta senza nemmeno vederla e mi dissero che non era possibile)... CIOÈ MA STIAMO SCHERZANDO???? SERIETÀ' 0...
INEFFICIENCY AND INCORRECTNESS
I state that on 10/02 I had to close for an apartment, when I get an ad from them and I call immediately to make an appointment. They reply saying that they let me know as soon as possible. ANYTHING. The next day I contact them again and they reply that the tenant would not have given availability to view the house and therefore I had to wait until 02/22 to bring him the keys.
Not happy, in the evening I go to the agency, explaining that I needed it for the beginning of March and that I was INTERESTED IN THAT PROPERTY, and I was also willing to leave a deposit or a possible proposal. They replied that it was not possible as not having the keys yet it could not be done. I REPRESENT TO HIM that I was very interested and did not want to be without it as I had left the other property to another client. Reassure me that only I was interested and could be quiet at 1000X1000.
Day 21/02 checking on the site, I notice that the announcement had been removed, already here I understand that something was wrong .. I call back and they tell me that everything is confirmed to view it on 24/02 at 18:00.
On the morning of 24/02 I contact them asking if it was possible to see it earlier and they tell me that it was possible to view it at 14:00 and I confirm.
AT 1.30 pm THEY CONTACT ME SAYING THAT A LADY HAD ALREADY GONE WHO HAD ALREADY MADE THE OFFER, WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT AND THEREFORE THERE WAS NOTHING MORE TO DO (I too wanted to make the offer without even seeing it and they told me that it wasn't possible) ... THAT'S BUT ARE WE KIDDING ???? SERIOUSNESS 0 ...
