Personale poco professionale ma soprattutto non affidabile!… Ho fissato un appuntamento due settimane prima per visionare un appartamento, del quale mi definivo entusiasta e motivata, poiché fuorisede non riuscivo a muovermi prima. A due giorni dall’appuntamento ho ricevuto una chiamata dall’agenzia per comunicarmi che l’appartamento era stato affittato.
Io non pretendevo l’esclusività sull’appartamento ma almeno una comunicazione sulle eventuali visite dal momento che ero fortemente motivata e Fabio (uno dei dipendenti) per telefono mi aveva confermato che l’appartamento fosse libero anche da altre richieste…che io sappia, per correttezza, avrei dovuto ricevere una telefonata prima ancora di far visionare l’immobile ad altri clienti magari avrei trovato un modo per presentarmi prima oppure avrei lasciato che lo vedessero con il rischio di perdere l’affitto..
Absolutely to be avoided! Unprofessional staff but above all not reliable! ... I set an appointment two weeks before to view an apartment, which I described as enthusiastic and motivated, since I could not move outside before. Two days before the appointment I received a call from the agency to let me know that the apartment had been rented.
I did not claim the exclusivity on the apartment but at least a communication on the possible visits since I was strongly motivated and Fabio (one of the employees) by telephone confirmed to me that the apartment was free also from other requests ... that I know, for correctness, I should have received a phone call before even seeing the property to other customers, maybe I would have found a way to introduce myself first or I would have let them see it with the risk of losing the rent ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin da subito si è creato un rapporto di amicizia con il venditore Fabio….sempre presente e pronto a rispondere ad ogni mia perplessità…se possibile darei 10 stelle….i numeri uno a Foligno!
Right from the start, a friendship was created with the seller Fabio .... always present and ready to answer all my doubts ... if possible I would give 10 stars .... the number one in Foligno!

I have relied on them for several times ... always a security, 5 stars to all, professional and talented people. They never back down to help even beyond their interests .. If I need to, I would always trust them again ... Highly recommended !!!
