Nemmeno una telefonata per disdire l'appuntamento. Dopo numerose telefonate senza risposta al numero dell'agenzia, riesco a comunicare con il proprietario che accampa mille scuse improbabili. Sconsigliatissimo!
Total absence of seriousness. Disrespect for potential buyers. I presented myself to the appointment to view a property as agreed and not even the shadow of the agency. Not even a phone call to cancel the appointment. After numerous unanswered phone calls to the agency number, I manage to communicate with the owner who makes a thousand unlikely excuses. Not recommended!

Lorenzo, Nicole, Enrico si sono dimostrati attenti professionisti seguendoci passo per passo in ogni aspetto della compravendita dandoci utili e comprovati consigli dettando i tempi delle varie fasi fino ai rogiti. È stato davvero un affare conoscerli.
The relationship with tecnocasa led by Lorenzo was extremely positive both for the purchase of the new house and for the sale of our old apartment. Lorenzo, Nicole, Enrico proved to be attentive professionals following us step by step in every aspect of the sale, giving us useful and proven advice, dictating the times of the various phases up to the deeds. It was really a bargain getting to know them.

Sono stati fin da subito molto disponibili e chiari nel prospettarci i passaggi che avremmo dovuto affrontare per acquistare e vendere in seguito la casa, rassicurandoci e guidandoci nei vari passi da compiere affinché tutto andasse a buon fine. Siamo stati seguiti dal titolare dell' agenzia che ha dimostrato una sicura conoscenza del mercato immobiliare riuscendo a concludere le trattative velocemente e in modo soddisfacente ed aiutandoci a programmare i tempi del rogito e del trasloco secondo le nostre esigenze.
Siamo stati affiancati anche dai collaboratori che sono stati molto disponibili sia nelle varie fasi della compravendita, che nel cambio delle utenze domestiche
We bought and sold the house with the Fincato 3 agency and our experience was very positive. They were immediately very helpful and clear in outlining the steps that we would have to face to buy and sell the house later, reassuring us and guiding us in the various steps to take so that everything went well. We were followed by the owner of the agency who has demonstrated a secure knowledge of the real estate market, managing to conclude negotiations quickly and satisfactorily and helping us to plan the timing of the deed and the move according to our needs.
We were also supported by collaborators who were very helpful both in the various stages of the sale and in the change of domestic users.

Mi sono trovato davvero bene con Alessandro e Nicole, con cui ho trattato direttamente, ma in realtà con tutta l'agenzia perché si respirava un clima di professionalità e collaborazione. Ho sempre avuto risposte tempestive ed esaurienti.
Consiglio senz'altro questa agenzia a chi volesse vendere o acquistare una casa. Meglio affidarsi a professionisti che affrontare la burocrazia da soli.
I sold my house through Tecnocasa in via Fincato. I got along really well with Alessandro and Nicole, with whom I dealt directly, but in reality with the whole agency because there was an atmosphere of professionalism and collaboration. I have always had timely and comprehensive answers.
I certainly recommend this agency to anyone wishing to sell or buy a house. Better to rely on professionals than to deal with the bureaucracy alone.
