★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando entri da tecnocasa a castel d'azzano fai chiaramente e visibilmente un dispetto all'addetta all'entrata. La quale risponde SEMPRE seccata.
I prezzi comunicati senza Iva, senza il minimo interesse nel far comprendere il prezzo finale, probabilmente non essendo pagata a provvigione non le interessa neanche vendere/ascoltare.

When you enter from tecnocasa in castel d'azzano you clearly and visibly spite the attendant at the entrance. Which ALWAYS replies annoyed.
The prices communicated without VAT, without the slightest interest in making the final price understood, probably not being paid by commission, she is not even interested in selling / listening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo qualche pregiudizio in generale per Tecnocasa, ma fortunatamente mi sono ricreduto, nel senso che ancora le persone fanno la differenza. In questo momento sono in trattativa e sono in attesa della risposta della proprietà, ma per quanto riguarda l'agenzia, o meglio le persone(quasi tutte donne....) efficienti veloci e non ultimo, per il momento, corrette.
I had some prejudices in general for Tecnocasa, but fortunately I changed my mind, in the sense that people still make a difference. At the moment I am in negotiation and are awaiting the response of the property, but as regards the agency, or rather the people (almost all women ....) efficient, fast and last but not least, for the moment, correct.

Ci hanno contattato privatamente, fortunatamente tramite altri contatti, più persone interessate che ci hanno detto che oltre al al non seguire il compratore interessato, non fornivano i documenti richiesti. Sconsigliatissima. Avreste fatto più bella figura a non prendere l'incarico.

They contacted us privately, fortunately through other contacts, more interested people who told us that in addition to not following the interested buyer, they did not provide the required documents.
